Cape Towns weather definitely showed Yolandi and Melvin its moody side. They live in Jo’burg and dreamt of having there wedding in a beautiful vineyard in Cape Town. In October they came down to scout and do an engagement shoot. It poured with rain at the start of the shoot, we had to reschedule. Then on the wedding day in the middle of February summer we had  4 seasons in one day there was even thunder! I arrived at the bride soaked and feeling a bit anxious about the weather. But Yolandi was so calm and  had an attitude of it is what it is and its no use stressing about it, that it rubbed off on everyone. And then the sun came out and it got hot and we all peeled of our layers and enjoyed the sunshine, but then  it clouded over and got all moody again. We managed to get some awesome photos and despite Cape Towns moods it was a beautiful wedding day.
